Where Art Meets Aroma

Tucked away in Bandra West, Method feels like stepping into a quiet intersection between creativity and caffeine. It’s an art gallery first, café second but somehow, both halves complement each other beautifully. The space celebrates mindfulness, design, and a sense of calm that seems to filter through every frame, plate, and cup. With coffee sourced from the ever-reliable folks at Subko Coffee, thoughtful baked goods, and a plastic-free ethos, Method presents itself as more than just another café, it’s a mood you settle into.

Here's What I Had

Piccolo - Rs 262

A petite glass, a powerful hit. The Piccolo marries a strong shot of espresso with gently steamed milk balanced enough to highlight the roast’s depth while keeping it velvety and drinkable. The medium-dark profile comes through confidently, and this one’s definitely for the more serious coffee enthusiasts who like their brew with a bite.

Walnut Potica - Rs 215

A Slovenian delight not often spotted on Indian menus, the Potica (Pronounced Paw-Tee-Tsah) is a swirled bundt-style cake baked with nut butter. The version here was textured and aromatic, the walnut filling indulgent but not cloying. It did begin to dry out as it cooled, though, a gentle reminder that this pastry is best enjoyed warm, maybe with that piccolo by your side.

Raw Mango Lemonade - Rs 285

Cool, tangy, and perfectly balanced, this one was summer in a glass. The use of raw mango was obvious and deliberate, the tartness cutting through the sweetness just right. Refreshing, lively, and yes, a little steeply priced but worth the sip.

Final Thoughts

There’s something quietly poetic about Method. It doesn’t demand your attention, it earns it. Every element here, from the minimalist interiors to the subtle aroma of freshly brewed coffee, feels intentional and unhurried. The food holds its own, the coffee speaks with clarity, and the art around you adds a certain reflective depth to the entire experience. It’s one of those rare cafés that reminds you why slowing down once in a while is worth it.
